Welcome to Trajectory Youth Initiatives, a vibrant hub where young minds ignite and dreams take flight. More than just a center, we're cultivating a positive youth culture – a supportive community dedicated to empowering young people to reach their full potential through mentorship and enriching experiences.
It is important to understand the heart behind Trajectory. The world at large is saturated with a repetitive cycle of nonprofits, all usually aiming to do the same things. While the results are vastly mixed, the system they operate under usually leaves so much to be desired. We don't want to be another part of that system, we want to reinvent it. Trajectory doesn't offer the traditional revolving gamut of services, nor do we bill Medicaid for the work we do with youth. While those things are necessary for many services, I believe there is a better way.

Whether your interests lie in art, music, sports, or academics, we offer something for everyone. Our dedicated staff is committed to providing the guidance and resources you need to thrive within this positive and empowering space.

We are very excited to announce the grand opening of the Trajectory Youth Center, which will serve as a safe space for youth to uncover a bit more about themselves through activities such as art, music, portfolio building, and other experiences that will shape their current trajectory! Mission
We exist to help connect youth to their passion and purpose in life. We act as mentors and guardrails for youth to uncover their strengths and values.
Vision
When I think of the impact and success of Trajectory, I envision a community of youth years from now that are all excelling in school, engaging in safe activities, and serving as positive mentors and role models for those following after them. If successful, the Anchorage and surrounding communities will see a higher degree of connectedness and unity! Dream big always!

We view positive youth culture as a powerful shift in perspective, reframing the narrative around the experiences of young people. It actively recognizes and amplifies the inherent values, strengths, and passions of youth, providing supportive environments and opportunities to utilize these assets in shaping a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
